Will started his career at a boutique asset management firm managing circa $1.6 Billion of Funds Under Management across managed funds, Listed Investment companies and Ultra High Net Worth clients. Starting off as a Financial Analyst doing back and middle office functions including settlements and cash management for the investment management arm as well as the internal management reporting for business. Will has strong management and business acumen for running a listed enterprise.

He later moved on to a front office role as an equities dealer, executing trades across both the Managed Funds and High Net Worth Clients, setting up sizeable block trades and advising on capital markets. Will has strong connections with global industry players and has the experience and oversight from running complex entities with multiple subsidiaries, engaging in portfolio management to growing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, brokers and other traders.

Will is now a Dealer at Lazarus, servicing international clients in FX, digital assets and international equities.
