Impa brings over 12 years of investment banking experience to the Lazarus Middle Office team, specialising in FX operations, global treasury, and collateral management. She has deep expertise across trade lifecycle control, settlement oversight, and the management of complex cash and collateral flows under CSA frameworks.

In her previous roles, Impa managed end-to-end FX operations and collateral management, including trade enrichment, confirmation, and settlement. She also oversaw CLS processes, authorised SWIFT payment flows, and supported treasury functions across repo and money-market transactions. She worked closely with front office, onboarding, and risk teams to ensure accuracy, timely execution, and strong operational governance across high-volume trading environments.

Known for her analytical precision and disciplined approach to problem-solving, Impa plays a key role in strengthening control frameworks and resolving trade discrepancies. She is recognised for her client-focused mindset, collaborative stakeholder engagement, and commitment to delivering reliable, scalable operational support that underpins trading performance and supports the firm’s long-term objectives.
